It’s highly likely that you, as the parent, are also experiencing some of these symptoms as well since you may have had to endure the sleepless nights along with your child. Unless you are one of those parents who doesn’t get the hour or two of relaxation before your own bedtime because your child suffers from insomnia. Your children can be a handful for you as a parent, throughout the day, and when bedtime comes there’s usually a sigh of relief after their bedroom door is closed and all is quiet.
